Work Out Wednesday: 2012 Fitness Test

Yay! The first Work Out Wednesday post :)

So, I was searching on YouTube for some good work out exercises, when I found this video by charliejames1975. It's all about getting fit for the new year. Every day (exept Saturday & Sunday) there will be a video with a new workout for you to do. And after 30 days you will be a lot stronger and you'll be fit! But at first you need to know your fitness level!


These are my results:

Pretty lame, I know ^.^ But I'll do my best to get better! Tonight I'm going to do this work out:


I'm not gonna lie, I'm kinda scared :) But I'll feel so much better afterwards, for sure!
