Food Friday: Delicious Fruit Salad!

Hello and welcome to the first "Food Friday" post ever! :)


Today I want to share the moooost delicious recipe I've tried lately: Fruit salad! I love it! It's quick, easy and all natural. And that means, it's great for those of you who would like to get healthier/lose some weight.

What you will need: 
  • Fruits! You can use what ever you want (my favourites: Grapes, bananas, kiwis and pears)
  • Honey
  • Lemon juice
It's simple: Cut all your fruits into small pieces and throw them in a bowl. Then add some honey and lemon juice for the taste, mix it and you're finished! Love it <3

YouTube: ToneItUpcom


Lately I've been searching for some good work out videos on youtube and discovered a channel called ToneItUpcom. The owners of this amazing channel are Katrina and Karena (Katrina is actually a friend of Elle Fowler!) and their are both experts for a healthy lifestyle. They work as fitness nutrition coaches, certified personal trainers and fitness models!

They have a work out video every tuesday and a video about healthy food every friday. I absolutelly love their videos and I'll talk about them a lot on this blog in the future for sure. :)

Getting fit!

I'm really sorry for not posting anything yesterday! My Internet connection wasn't working! But I'll upload two post today :)

So, as you already know, one of my new years resolutions is to lose some weight & to get fit! I want to share my "journey" to a better lifestyle (that sounds so cheesy xD) with you and in order to do that I thought of these to things: Work out Wednesday and Food Friday. That basically means that every Wednesday I'll post a Work out Wednesday and I'll just write about the workouts I've been doing that week and post a video (if I can find one). And one Food Friday it will be all about my favourite thing in the hole world: FOOD! :) I'll share some recipes and some tips and tricks with you on healthy and delicious foods.

TAG: This or That (Random)

Coke or Pepsi? I really don't taste the differents ^_^

Ice cream or frozen yogurt? I've never tried frozen yogurt but I really love ice cream!

Clothes or makeup? Lately I haven't been wearing a lot of makeup but spent waaaay too much money on clothes ;)

Hairspray or frizz lotion? I use frizz lotion on my wet hair before I blow dry it but I like never use hairspray.

TV or book? I really love books! But I can't live without Spencer Reid from "Criminal Minds" :) He's like my personal Justin Bieber

Pool or beach? Beach!

Water or soda? I drink more water but I also like soda

Sandals or boots? Right now: Boots all the way!

Purse or backpack? It depends on where I'm going

Team Jacob or Team Edward? I'm not a big fan of Twilight but if I had to choose...probably Edward. He's cuter ;)

Wizards of Waverly Place or Hannah Montana? I've never been a big fan of Disney shows but I love the movies!

Mall or online shopping? Mall! I love searching for that one perfect item for hours until my feet hurt ^.^

Tennis or soccer? I like playing tennis better but football (soccer) is much more exciting than tennis on TV

MAC or Maybelline? I haven't really had the chance to try out both brandes yet.
