Work Out Wednesday: Work out daily!

Hi beauties! It's time for another "Work Out Wednesday" post!

So, to be honest with you, I've been really bad the past week *.* School started again and since the semester is about to end soon, we have a lot of tests and stuff. I didn't have any time to work out or eat healthy. But now this ends! I'm going to work out daily!

Of course on some days I don't have that much time, but I want to do at least a 10 minute workout. Today I don't have a video to share with you, but just search on YouTube. There are tons of great videos! Make sure to check out this blog post about one of my favourite fitness channels!

But if you want some videos, make sure to check out this blog post by Elle Fowler aka AllThatGlitters21 about Zumba. This is a Latin-inspired dance that works just like a hardcore workout, but it's fun! And as you can see on the photo even kids can to it!

How To: Curl your hair without heat!

Hey girls :) I have naturally straight hair and sometimes I like to curl it. But I don't want to damage my hair too much, and that'S why I like to use methods that don't need heat!

In this video, Michelle Phan shows you how to curl your hair using just some paper bags!

Okay, Bubz's video doesn't really show you how to get curly hair, but how you can create those beautiful and soft waves in your hair.

This amazing video by x3Haha shows you how to get beautiful curls using nothing but some pens/pencils from your school bag!

Andrea has two videos, where she shows how to get gorgeous curls without heat!

YaYa has sooo many great videos about no-heat-curls! Check out this playlist!

And last but not least this video by ShimmerGold17 shows you how to curl hair with socks! *.*

Lately I've been searching for some good work out videos on youtube and discovered a channel called ToneItUpcom. The owners of this amazing channel are Katrina and Karena (Katrina is actually a friend of Elle Fowler!) and their are both experts for a healthy lifestyle. They work as fitness nutrition coaches, certified personal trainers and fitness models!

They have a work out video every tuesday and a video about healthy food every friday. I absolutelly love their videos and I'll talk about them a lot on this blog in the future for sure. :)

DIY Candles

I'm in love with this idea! Homemade candles that are perfect as gifts or just for yourself. And the smell...perfect :) I really like them!

And eventhough QueenBeeuty calls them 'Winter Candles' you can also do them in the Summer by just using other sents and colours!

I'll definetely try this out! What about you? ^.^

Organic Hairstyles

If your a subscriber of LuxyHair you've probably seen this amazing tutorials by Mimi. For these hairstyles you need nothing but your own hair!

I love the idea, eventhough it doesn't work on my own hair (stupid hair texture^^). But I tried it out on some of my friends and it looked amazing :)

Gift Idea: Last Minute DIY

A few days ago I did a blog post about DIY gifts for Christmas and one of my ideas was making coupons. Today I found the perfect way to do that!

This video was made by craftychica and it shows how she makes this mini-zines to promode her book and her brand. But I think, I'd be perfect for coupons as well! It's fast and super easy, everyone can do it!
