Work Out Wednesday: Work out daily!

Hi beauties! It's time for another "Work Out Wednesday" post!

So, to be honest with you, I've been really bad the past week *.* School started again and since the semester is about to end soon, we have a lot of tests and stuff. I didn't have any time to work out or eat healthy. But now this ends! I'm going to work out daily!

Of course on some days I don't have that much time, but I want to do at least a 10 minute workout. Today I don't have a video to share with you, but just search on YouTube. There are tons of great videos! Make sure to check out this blog post about one of my favourite fitness channels!



But if you want some videos, make sure to check out this blog post by Elle Fowler aka AllThatGlitters21 about Zumba. This is a Latin-inspired dance that works just like a hardcore workout, but it's fun! And as you can see on the photo even kids can to it!

Work Out Wednesday: 2012 Fitness Test

Yay! The first Work Out Wednesday post :)

So, I was searching on YouTube for some good work out exercises, when I found this video by charliejames1975. It's all about getting fit for the new year. Every day (exept Saturday & Sunday) there will be a video with a new workout for you to do. And after 30 days you will be a lot stronger and you'll be fit! But at first you need to know your fitness level!


These are my results:

Pretty lame, I know ^.^ But I'll do my best to get better! Tonight I'm going to do this work out:


I'm not gonna lie, I'm kinda scared :) But I'll feel so much better afterwards, for sure!

Getting fit!

I'm really sorry for not posting anything yesterday! My Internet connection wasn't working! But I'll upload two post today :)

So, as you already know, one of my new years resolutions is to lose some weight & to get fit! I want to share my "journey" to a better lifestyle (that sounds so cheesy xD) with you and in order to do that I thought of these to things: Work out Wednesday and Food Friday. That basically means that every Wednesday I'll post a Work out Wednesday and I'll just write about the workouts I've been doing that week and post a video (if I can find one). And one Food Friday it will be all about my favourite thing in the hole world: FOOD! :) I'll share some recipes and some tips and tricks with you on healthy and delicious foods.
